We have been established in the Stockport area for over 30 years and are one of the area's leading Main contractors. Lead by four Directors, all of whom have many years experience in the construction industry, we have earned a reputation for producing schemes to a high standard on time and within buget.
The value of contracts the company usually tenders are between £250K/£5M, however with the flexability of our small works division we are well placed to tender for all types of contract including minor works.
Being locally based we are commited to engage local labour and sub-contractors on our schemes. Many of our employee's have joined the company through local labour initiatives.
We are experienced in a wide range of projects including the design and build of social housing, refurbishment of schools, hospitals, local athority housing and the new build of projects from Doctor's surgeries to nurseries.
A fully dedicated maintenance back-up team is available following the handover of a scheme. They ensure a client wil recieve a high quality of service long after practical completion.
